Project Manager

Laryssa is the project manager and a senior managing consultant for Arborist Municipal International. Laryssa’s responsibilities include leading complex dispute resolution matters and developing innovative risk management systems.
Acting as the lead project manager she is proficient in effectively identifying and resolving relevant technical issues.
